1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

We offer professional photography services including, but not limited to, travel, hospitality, landscape, architectural, food, and event photography. The specifics of each service, including pricing, deliverables, and timelines, will be detailed in the contract signed with each client.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Clients can book our services by contacting us through our website or email. A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure the booking.

  • Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled shoot date. We accept payment via paypal or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: If a client cancels the booking, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty if the request is made at least 7 before the shoot date. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

5. Deliverables

  • Turnaround Time: Edited photos will be delivered within 30 days after the shoot. Delivery times may vary based on the project scope.

  • Delivery Method: Photos will be delivered via digital download/online gallery.

  • Revisions: Clients are entitled to 1 round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Usage Rights and Copyright

  • Photographer's Rights: We retain the copyright to all images created during the photoshoot. We reserve the right to use these images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.

  • Client's Rights: Clients receive a usage license to use the delivered images for their intended purpose as specified in the contract. This license is non-transferable and does not include rights for resale or commercial distribution without our prior written consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Cooperation: Clients must provide necessary information and cooperate during the photoshoot to ensure successful completion of the project.

  • Permissions: Clients are responsible for securing any permits or permissions required for specific locations or subjects being photographed.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client.

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or governmental actions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection laws.

  • Data Usage: Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  • Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
